The client is a Swiss IT Integrator that engages in IT consulting, RPA-solutions, business process automation products.

Solution

After we looked at the task and analyzed the business processes of the companies that required the solution, we offered to implement the web service, which was going to be located on the internal network of the company and be available for all employees.

At the initial stage, we have drafted the terms of reference together with the customer. Then made a prototype of the web service. The client was also involved at the stage of prototyping.

The next stage was writing the code.

In the final stages, we tested the service fully and launched it.

After the development of the service was successfully implemented and the customer approved it, we provided access rights and necessary technical documentation to the users. We also conducted training on how to use a new web service.

Results

The system allows client to look through, approve, search, and manage the invoices with help of an easy and intuitive web-based interface directly from the browser without launching the SAP GUI.
After the introduction of the systems, the cost and burden on the staff of the central office were significantly reduced.
The system is integrated with the SAP ERP.
