Developed a Flutter mobile app based on the client's design. The app serves as a mobile client for the web platform with enhanced functionality.
Integrated the mobile app with the existing personal account. Created a unified 24/7 mobile service channel. Clients gained constant access to loans, documents, and statuses without office visits or browser use.
Implemented biometric authentication (Face ID / Touch ID), secured data, and enabled automatic session management. Reduced support team workload by automating logins, access recovery, and repeat visits, cutting user inquiries.
How we crafted the user experience:- set up login/password authentication, SMS access recovery, and quick biometric entry;
- removed redundant steps for repeat logins with automatic entry on active sessions, so users don't re-enter data each time;
- designed onboarding screens to introduce app features on first launch.
Ensured app security with protected storage of user data on the device. Configured session management and automatic logout upon expiry. Implemented password validation and safeguards against errors or invalid user actions.
Following this, released the app on Google Play.
