The client is Evgeny Fedorov, a businessman, who already had experience in IT products. He came to us with the idea to develop an international taxi booking application.
The main project goal is to develop an online taxi booking service in different countries.
Taxi booking application requirements:
- Taxi services should directly cooperate with the service.
- The interface should be translated into several languages to be easily available for tourists from different countries.
- Drafted Terms of Reference. We jointly thought through all business processes and interfaces of the system.
- Developed the prototypes of the service screens. Working over the prototypes, the mechanisms of interaction between the customers and the system were revealed.
- Developed the design of the service. The design was approved by the customer and then the coding of layouts was written in HTML+CSS code.
- The source code of the service was developed. The development of the system was conducted on the methodology Scrum due to which the customer observed the process of creation and participated in the development. Demo sessions were held every 2 weeks.
- Tested the site. The testing plan was developed that allowed the testing work of the system in different situations. All revealed bugs were fixed during the beta-testing period.
- We launched the service into full operation.

- Using the service Kiwitaxi, the tourist can book a transfer in more than 20 countries of the world within 5 minutes.
- The service is translated into 5 languages.
- A simple and intuitive interface allows a visitor to understand how to work with the system, make the order and pay for it with several clicks.
- The payment system is integrated into the website.
Kiwitaxi
We worked over the service KiwiTaxi jointly with the team of the company Astarus from 2012 to 2013.
The task given to the company "Astarus” was to develop the first version of the taxi service for tourists with minimal functionality and make a solid foundation for future growth of the project.
I think that "Astarus" coped with the task. I am very pleased with our cooperation.
